Printable FAQ

I know how frustrated you must be when you found what you need, but having trouble downloading or printing my printable.

I’ve got a lot of questions about not being able to download the PDFs. I’m sorry about that and I want to help you!

Please try all those options before emailing me. I’m pretty sure you will find the solutions to your problem here; you’ll save us both time if you work through these options first.

Problems that You May Have

• The file doesn’t download
• A message said “failed – no file”
• When you try to print, the file prints with funny square and text instead of how it should really look

How to Download my Printable

1. Sign up & become my Subscriber for FREE
2. Enter my Chinese Resources Library with the updated password

3. After you entered my Chinese Resource Library, simply click on the image of the printable to download the pdf into your computer

Or RIGHT CLICK on the image of the printable, then choose “save link as …” You can change the file name and save it to your computer wherever you’ll be able to find it.

Then open from your computer to print.

Common Errors & Download Problems

Use Google Chrome

It works best for my blog. You can get it for free.

Save it to your computer

Save the printable file to your computer first which I have shown above.

Install Adobe Acrobat Reader

Make sure you have the most current version of Adobe Readers installed and opening the files in Adobe Acrobat Reader. It is best if you have it set as your default way to open pdfs.

Update Your Adobe Acrobat Reader

*If you receive the following error: “File does not begin with…”, you need to update your Adobe Reader to the most current version.

Use a Mac?

Make sure Adobe Reader is your default for opening files.

Printing Help

Use only the Computer

Use only the computer to print
I-pad, tablet, and phone don’t always display the Pdfs the same as computer

Use Adobe Acrobat Reader

Make sure you are opening pdfs in Adobe Acrobat Reader. Not all readers open the files the same way.
