您好! Hi! If you are here, I assume you are interested in getting some teaching Chinese resources from my store.

I know sometimes how complicated with all the steps you need to take in order to make a purchase online.

So I’m going to walk you through step-by-step from the beginning of adding product(s) to your cart, to adding a coupon (if you have any), to receiving and downloading the product(s).

Hopefully, you won’t get lost or have any problems getting what you need.

OK! Let’s get started!

First of all, you can go to my store by click on the top of my blog.

How Do I find the Most Popular Products in the Store?

On the main store page, scroll down and you will see a row of my most popular products.

Then, you can click the products’ cover photo, and it will link to the product page with further details automatically.

How Do I Make Purchase?

After clicking on a product, choose the language versions and add to the cart.

Some products have a free sample, scroll down to the description for the FREE sample.

After you added product(s) to the cart, you can view your cart in two ways.

How Do I Enter my Coupon?

Before your check out,  enter coupon codes here on this page.

How Do I Pay For My Product?

Once you have finished shopping, navigate to your cart and click ” Proceed to Checkout”.

Then, You will be directed to the checkout page. Fill in the billing information with your name, address, and email *address.

This information is only seen by me and is NEVER used for any other purpose than to track my orders. For example, if something happens and your product doesn’t arrive in your email inbox, I can use your email to track the order to see what happened.

*IMPORTANT EMAIL NOTE: Please DO NOT use AOL or Hotmail as your email address. These are older email servers and they DO NOT support the download links.

You can also create an account, so you can check your recent purchase and find the download links. It’s optional and it won’t affect your ongoing process.

Also, make sure to check on these boxes and also a box to receive my weekly newsletter.

How to Download Product(s) I Purchased?

There are thee ways to download the product(s):

• From the checkout page
• From your account

• You will receive a email receipt with the link to download your product(s).

  P.S. If you can’t find it right away, please check all the folders in your inbox (including spam).

From the Checkout Page

Once you have finished the purchase process, PayPal will show you a page to go back to the Check out Page by clicking “Return to Merchant”.

It’s time to download the product(s) you just bought.

On the Checkout page, you will see all the information and order details of your purchase. From here you can download the product(s) by clicking the button with blue words.

You can also see how many downloads remain and the expiration date. Be sure to download and save ALL the links.

From Your Account

Just like the checkout page, you can check your recent purchase and find the download links in your “My Account” page.

Note:

You have  30 DAYS to download your links or they will EXPIRE. Once you have the download links, it is your responsibility to download them within 30 days. 

If, for some reason, your download link does not arrive, check your spam/junk box and your Account FIRST before contacting me please. The setting on your email dictates what arrives in your inbox and what goes to spam, so check there first. Remember, that AOL and Hotmail do not support the download links, so do not use those email addresses.
